Goals

Addition
We are raising money to build additions on the north and south sides of the Library building. These additions will take out the existing doors and windows to create an open feel. On the south side, our plan is to use the extra 375+ square feet for hosting our visiting authors as well as other legacy programs and a comfortable area for our patrons to browse books, read the newspaper etc... or use our wi-fi services. On the south side, we will have a makers space or creator station.

Programming
The Friends of the Library, through the Building Foundation, supports the Summer and Winter Reading Programs for our community. They provide the funding for prizes and activities.

Maintenance
Some of the money raised by the Building Foundation goes into a maintenance account for the Library building to ensure the lights stay up and on.
